Gray Lady

Hello, hello! How have you been? Thanks a mil for the votes last week onthis post. I would love to do more of that type of thing, so thanks for making it so fun! Today, I’m embracing the gloomy weather we’ve had this winter with a completely gray look. This blazer was a thrift-store find! It’s actually a Men’s XS that I had tailored a bit to fit me better. My workplace is pretty casual, but it’s fun to wear a blazer on the weekends every now and then. I paired it with a basic grey scarf, just to make everything monochromatic. I like the way a turquoise bag and pink lip jump off of an outfit that’s mostly one color.

These loafers were my mom’s. I love the braided leather detail, and the deep brown color. My mom is my favorite person in the world, so it’s fun to step into her shoes every now and then.

I’m still figuring out ways to wear my hair, but I’ve been pulling it into a bun more often than not these days! I love adding a dutch braid in the front, just to make it less of “I didn’t feel like washing my hair this morning” and more “I’m wearing my hair back because I want to”.

What a week it has been! I’ve been dealing with a crazy migraine for most of it, but I’m starting to feel like myself again. Thankfully, I had already scheduled to take off work these past couple of days, so hopefully the relaxation will do my head some good. I hope you have a great weekend planned as well. xoxoxo
